Patient consultation received from Space
Athena Lunar Lander by Intuitive Machines was launched on February 26th from Cape Canaveral on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. Athena takes Lonestar Data Holdings´ Freedom datacenter to the Moon on which Unified Medical Records for Space Exploration (UMRSX) is running.
On February 28th, Lonestar Data Holdings´ mission control, downloaded files from Freedom datacenter on Athena while in transit to the Moon.
The estimated position at the moment of downloading was 304,000 km from Earth and 161,000 km from the Moon.
Closer to the Moon than to the Earth
The files were processed by UMRSX and the received records were successfully integrated to UMRSX astronaut medical record and could be viewed in a test doctor's computer, showing a consultation done by a simulated astronaut to a medical doctor on the Earth.
The received archives were presented for processing and the system ran automatically and flawlessly.
The system used the Very Long Delay Acknowledgement technology developed by UMRSX to keep transactional integrity of the information in space communications.
Further tests will be pursued in Lunar surface .
