This application aims to demonstrate how advanced medical data can be transmitted efficiently across vast distances with high latency, paving the way for enhanced astronaut health monitoring and potential remote medical procedures on future space missions.
The experiment will simulate real-time medical data collection and transmission from the lunar surface back to Earth, providing invaluable insights into the capabilities of space-grade network communications.
UMRSX (beta) is designed to interconnect in the Health Care system with hospitals, clinics, health insurance organizations, laboratories, radiology systems and patients, providing the benefits of the availability of Health Records for Space Travel.
